Sammie has recently let us know that we now have a pet dog. The dog's name is Lucy (we have tried to change it to Spot) and is about the size of a matchbox car. Lucy is
pink in color and comes to play usually when driving in the car and while shopping at any stores. We were at IKEA and Sammie was in the back of the cart holding the little paper tape measure that they give you. All the sudden we turn around to see her dangling it out of the cart and telling Lucy that she is a good dog and to "come here, come here gog." If any of you are in need of your own imaginary dog, IKEA is apparently the place to go. I haven't thought about imaginary friends (or pets) since
DEBA followed us every where we went in the
DEBA mobile when we were young. I'm just excited that I get to have a dog finally without having to worry about the allergies, buying food, and cleaning up after it. This is great!
THANKS SAMMIE!!

That is darling. Even though I love my dog. At times it would be nice to have a pretend one.
Sammie keep using your imagination!
Sammie and her mom are just alike. They love people, babies, and attention. Debba...how I miss her...good times!
I love the idea of an imaginary dog right now. Abby really wants a dog and I keep telling her we got Lily instead. I also love that the dog is pink. Of course she is!
Um, how much were they at IKEA? Do they come in blue?
PS You are funny
brynn, love the new look of the blog. Sorry I never called you back about your blogging question. crazy day, no excuses I'm a jerk.
Any imaginary animal is my favorite. Sammie's pet kinda reminds me of pink Stephanie (McCall).
Brynn!!!!
I got your blog off of the newsletter that Mel sent out and I am so glad. Your family is so cute. I am excited to keep in touch with you, blogs make keeping in touch so much easier. My blog is www.weinbergers.blogspot.com.

Ahhh the good ol' days! Mine was Horsey McJohn and his wife was Horsey McSuzy. I wish I had chosen a dog now that I think about it instead of a horse! And your blog looks awesome. Way to go!
We just got a new puppy for Christmas and I am ready for Santa to take it back to the North Pole and get an imaginary dog like Sammie has!
Nice, I can't believe it's been 4 years!!! That is crazy. Just wait soon it will be 10 and you'll really wonder where the time went. Hope you guys are doing well. Say hi to everyone!
Now that is my kind of pet!!! My kids have been begging for a dog...would you mind picking us up an imaginary one at IKEA the next time you are heading our way :)
