Samantha is quite the diva these days. She is always copying what I am doing, what I am wearing, she tells you how she wants her hair and what colors of hair accessories she wants with it, and lets not even talk about the clothes. But she is also very loving and always good when you need a hug or kiss. She even tried to help me out the other day by changing Eston's diaper. I told her I didn't quite need that much help.
I have been also taking a cake decorating class, so that when I made my kids birthday cakes they could be proud of them and get excited for me to make them, instead of asking for a store bought one. Really, I don't think I am ready for the big bucks to come in over my master pieces, but I did make one the other day dedicated to Matt's Architecture firm. Matt said I was the hit of the office and one guy even offered to marry me. Apparently he forgot quickly that I was already taken. It's not anything amazing and I did misspell Architect (apparently there is no h toward the end). But here it is. . . . .

TADA!!!!!!! I will be taking orders later. . . . .
That about covers it. We are waiting for the long awaited return of Elder Tony Clinger (Matt's brother.) He comes home next week and we are all very excited. Tony left when Samantha was 4 months old and will come home to 2 1/2 year old Sammie and 13 month old Eston. Weird. I guess that's a mormon family for ya.

Good on the cake decorating Brynn. From the age of 2-4 Kami averaged 4 complete outfit changes/day. She had the most clothes to fold of the kids, but it didn't phase her.
i was wondering how you guys were doing. i can totally relate with the whole sammy ella is the same. i am hopping to come up in october some tiem i will let you know i love your blog and love the fact that we can all keep in touch. love ya- nat
hey you are quite the little cake maker...way to go!
Brynn, I TOTALLY understand about how it's hard giving up some of the cooking tasks. Caitlynn always wants to help me when I cook, and I am usually someone who wants to do it all myself so it's hard to let her, (but I know I need to so I do.) Also, great job on that cake! We had a caterer from our ward come and teach our Mia Maid class some cake decorating basics, and let's just say that I did not do very well. But it sure tasted yummy! Yours looks so cute! That's so great you are taking a class.
